Refund & Return Policy

Moumita Fashion, we are committed to our customers' absolute satisfaction with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, we have a simple return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Items are to be returned within 7 days of the purchase date to enable a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation is needed.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. With original tags attached, if applicable. In the original packaging, including branded boxes, labels, or protective wrappings.

In-Office Returns
For a full refund or exchange, bring the item(s) along with your receipt or invoice, and one of our team members will be happy to process your return or exchange on our office.

Online Returns
If this item was purchased online, please reach out to our customer service team via moumitafashion@gmail.com or by calling +8801970519005. We will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions and return labels when applicable.

Return Shipping Cost
Moumita Fashion will bear the cost of return shipment for defective or wrong items received. In all other cases of return, the shipping cost of return has to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges of original orders are non-refundable.

Refunds and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund was approved or rejected. If your refund was approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. There may be an additional delay by your bank or credit card issuer in processing the transaction.

Exchange
If you want to exchange an item, please start the return process and note that you would like an exchange. We'd be delighted to exchange it for another size/color/style - where available.
